– Study As-is Process, design and implement to-be process for PMS
-Lead the goal setting process and ensure Goals are SMART and are aligned with
-AOP, will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current Goal Sheet
-Responsible for monitoring progress of completion of goal sheets
-Conducting Goal Setting Workshops
-Lead the process and will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current appraisal forms
-Further Improvement of Process, identification of gaps and implementation of actions arising from audits
-Responsible for monitoring progress toward achieving Org goal
-Reviewing Mid-year /Annual completion and ensure dialogue between manager and employees
Benchmarking and comparatives
-Benchmark & formulate policies & processes, programs and practices
-Lead policy revisions to remain contextual and as per organizational needs
-Lead studies of Various Performance standards
-Use ERM tool for analyzing voluminous data to provide audit assurance
-Prepare and Present Periodic MIS to Management
-Participation in business specific audit presentations
