DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Purpose of Job:
We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business development activities for innovative fire prevention and suppression solutions in Southern India. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to managing customer relationships and executing go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with technical specialists and product managers to expand the market presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and execute business development strategies to achieve financial objectives.
– Develop a dealer, distributor, and integrator network in major cities across Southern India.
– Represent the company’s brand in the market and lead generation initiatives.
– Engage directly with customers to promote products, solutions, and services.
– Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for product promotions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
– Identify and capture market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
– Drive sales revenue and ensure achievement of sales targets for the region.
– Demand generation in new market segments and verticals.
– Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful sales processes.
– Joint responsibility for managing account receivables and collection processes.
Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
– Experience in sales through channel partners.
– Exposure to enterprise sales, solution selling, and market specification.
– Familiarity/Experience with fire detection and suppression products and industry standards is a plus.
– Experience in the Data-Center industry is an advantage.
