We have a job opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager at a prestigious Japanese MNC, targeting the Western region of India.
Experience: 7-10 Years of experience in Medical Device/Pharma Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA /PGDM a plus)
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
– Generating sales leads and opportunities
– Engaging with prospective targets to advance the sales process
– Developing service revenue through our service channel partners
– Building and maintaining B2B client relationships with new and existing distributors
– Establishing P&L accountability, strategy formation, customer satisfaction, and brand building in the region
– Planning and budgeting sales targets
– Strengthening the distributor model through new appointments and network development
– Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to create techno-commercial contracts
– Building relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders and customers
– Ensuring collaboration with local stakeholders
– Contributing to local Voice of Customer insights and product positioning
– Monitoring market trends and competition.
