Designation – Manager
Role
• Total Rewards and Performance Manager sets the basic compensation and benefits policies as the
organization manages its personnel expenses, internal equity, and external competitiveness. The
managerdecides about the introduction/cancellation of policies and manages the relationship of the
Rewards team with other HR units/employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Manages, leads and develops the Rewards strategy.
• Develops the C&B framework and related policies.
• Governs salary corrections & mid-year promotions considering pay-positioning & pay parity.
• Administers ESOP grants, vesting conditions, pool balance, design grid and supports with queries.
• Designs the compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job
description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
• Governs compensation processes like the Annual Salary Review, Goal Setting, Half yearly reviews,
Variable/Bonus payouts, ESOP planning and incentive schemes.
• Runs benchmarking surveys with consultancies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Trains HR Business Partners and line managers to have performance conversations.
• Creates RNR Framework and liaises with vendor for managing the RNR platform.
• Governs the compensation package offered for new hires, ensuring alignment with internal pay ranges after
evaluating candidate qualifications to determine competitive salary offers while balancing budget
constraints.
• Administers monthly personnel cost and supports the leadership team with people cost projections.
• Drives a culture of high performance through appropriate performance philosophy.
Key Skills
• PGDM/MBA from Tier 1 B-school in HR/IR
• 2-3 years of C&B experience as a Specialist in the field
