Exp. : Min. 5 Years (3+ Years experience in HR Strategy or related field)
CTC : Upto 19 Lacs, still M.Negotiable
Working Days : 5 Days in a week
Qualification : Masters in Business Administration/organizational development/human resources management / industrial / organisational pyscology
Important : We are NOT looking for HRBP or HR Generalist for this role.. Candidate must be from COE Team.
Skills & Competency Requirements :
– Min. of 5 years of exp. in a progressive HR role with a strong focus on HR strategy development and implementation.
– Proven track record of successfully consulting with senior leadership on a wide range of HR matters and implementing effective strategic HR solutions.
– Comprehensive understanding and application of HR best practices across key areas including talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and organizational development.
– Proactive approach to identifying HR trends and issues, providing insights and
recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee
engagement.
– Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest
developments and trends in HR practices and technologies.
Role Summary :
Team Member – HR Strategy will be responsible for implementing and facilitating the comprehensive HR strategy that drives talent management, development, and engagement, ultimately supporting the organization’s overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities (overall) :
– Implement a PMS that provides clear expectations, regular feedback and opportunities for growth.
– Work collaboratively with HR business partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR programs across various focus areas (talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc.).
– Utilize tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and cultivate
future leaders.
– Lead the development and implementation of a competitive compensation and
benefits strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
– Conduct regular compensation reviews and ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity.
– Propose new policy as per the changing needs of work, workplace and work and conduct timely revision of Policy.
– Cultural transformation
– Designing and executing internal communications campaigns that consistently
communicate and reinforce the cultural values, beliefs and desired behaviours.
– Advocating for and promoting the desired corporate culture across all levels of the organization.
– Manage a comprehensive succession plan to ensure smooth transitions.
– Implement a comprehensive L&D strategy.
– Facilitate the smooth implementation of HR initiatives by effectively managing
change and addressing employee concerns.
